I'm an IT professional working at the point where banking systems meet the people who depend on them. My day-to-day is production support and incident management — monitoring critical retail-banking platforms, diagnosing issues fast, and keeping services stable around the clock.

At Gulf International Bank I've handled thousands of incidents, supported SADAD, B2B, CRM and channel integrations, assisted with database migrations across Oracle and SQL Server, and taken part in disaster-recovery exercises that validate business continuity.

I'm now completing a Bachelor's in Computer Science to deepen the technical foundation behind the hands-on experience — and I'm always looking for the next problem worth solving.
